Upon submission of your return or exchange request, you will receive an email confirmation containing your return label details. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, contact customer support for assistance.
Please note that no return label is required or provided for return pickup service. Simply pack the items you wish to return and give them to the rider when they arrive.
Pre-printed return labels are no longer provided, as part of ZALORA’s efforts to conserve the environment. If you wish to return your item(s), you may submit your requests on app/desktop and head over to any Ninjavan/J&T Express/Jifee - SF Express to print/scan your return label.
