GrabPay and GrabPay Later

GrabPay is a payment option on ZALORA that allows users to pay via their Grab wallet. You can earn GrabRewards points with every transaction and enjoy features like instant payment notifications and secure transactions. The GrabPay payment option is only available for orders with a minimum spend threshold of RM100.

• Note: GrabPay payments can only be made in a single transaction.

• The daily purchase limit is capped at RM1500 (Full Wallet).

Follow these steps:

Step 1 – Proceed to Checkout:

• Add items to your bag, click “Go to Checkout”, select delivery address, and continue to payment.

Step 2 – Opt for GrabPay:

• On the payment page, select “GrabPay” as your payment method.

• Proceed to the order review page, scroll down, and select “Place Order”.

Step 3 – Log in to Your Grab Account:

• Enter your phone number for verification.

• Tick the “Terms & Conditions” box and click “Next”.

• Enter the 6-digit SMS code sent to your phone.

• Confirm your identity via Grab PIN.

Step 4 – Complete Payment:

• Review your order and click “Confirm Payment”.

You will see a message prompting you to top up your balance. You must have sufficient funds in your Grab wallet to complete the transaction.

No, you must create a Grab account and top up enough funds to cover the cost of your order before proceeding with payment.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from ZALORA once your payment is successful and your order has been placed.

Grab PayLater lets you split your ZALORA purchases into installments. There are two options:

• PayLater Postpaid: Pay in full one month after purchase.

• PayLater Instalment: Pay in 4 monthly installments (25% upfront, then 3 monthly payments with 0% interest).

Only eligible Grab users can use PayLater. Eligibility is based on:

• Your GrabRewards tier

• Account age

• Credit/debit card history

• Spending behavior

You can view available PayLater plans in your Grab app. If eligible, you’ll see the option.

Ensure:

• Grab app version is at least 5.85

• Android version 6.0+ or iOS equivalent

Limits vary based on your usage and eligibility on the Grab app. You can check your limit via the app.

Yes, as long as the item is returnable/exchangeable per ZALORA’s return policy. Visit the return policy page here for more details.

• Refunds go back to your Grab account.

• If you opt for store credit, it will go back to your ZALORA Wallet by default.

• Contact ZALORA Customer Service if you want the refund to go to Grab instead.

• Refunds take 1–3 working days after ZALORA processes your return.
