Contactless / Cashless COD (Maybank QRPay & DuitNow QR)

QRPay is a cashless payment option available for "Cash on Delivery" (COD) orders. Instead of paying with physical cash, you can make payment directly via your eligible bank’s app by scanning a QR code upon delivery.

QRPay offers the convenience of COD without the hassle of carrying cash. You still pay only upon receiving your parcel, but the transaction is made securely through your mobile banking app.

QRPay is supported by a list of participating banks. Please check the latest list of eligible banks here.

QRPay is only available for:

• Orders delivered by ZALORA’s in-house riders

• Selected Klang Valley locations

• COD orders under RM 1,000

To check if your order is eligible:

• Look for the shipping notification email titled "Your order 2xxxxxxxx is on its way! Cash On Delivery".

• If your courier is listed as ZALORA, you're eligible for QRPay.

If a different courier is listed, QRPay will not be available.

• Select COD at Checkout: Choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method when placing your order.

• Check Your Eligibility: Refer to the shipping email to confirm your delivery is by ZALORA and eligible for QRPay.

• Inform the Delivery Rider: When the parcel arrives, let the rider know you'd like to pay via QRPay.

• Open Your Bank App:

  • Launch your eligible bank’s app and select the "QRPay" feature.

  • Confirm that the recipient is listed as ZALORA, then scan the QR code displayed by the delivery rider.

• Once payment is successful, you may collect your order: Complete the Payment and Collect Your Parcel.

Yes, please take note of the following:

• QRPay via ZALORA is limited to RM 1,000 per day.

  • If your order exceeds this limit, you’ll need to pay the remaining balance in cash.

• Only selected Klang Valley areas and ZALORA in-house deliveries are eligible.

• Maybank and other banks’ individual terms and conditions apply.
