The Marketplace Direct Returns to Seller (DRTS) model is an alternative return model that allows customers to return items directly back to the Seller’s warehouse.

Submit a return request for the item(s) you wish to return.
Do not consolidate a Direct Return to Seller item with other items unless sold by the same Seller.
Adhere to the Returns Policy.
Pack the items back into their original packaging and condition, with barcode label and tags intact.
Include the Seller invoice or write the order number on a piece of paper and insert it into the parcel.
Drop off your return parcels at the nearest J&T, Flash Express or NinjaVan outlet and provide your return tracking number.
